I love bringing yoga students together into a community of learning!
My classes are thoughtfully sequenced and challenging, but also playful and inclusive, as I believe yoga is for everybody and every body.
All Levels

All Level classes are appropriate for a range of students and provide a challenge for those with experience.
Modifications will be offered as needed in all families of poses including inversions, seated, twisting, forward bending, and back-bending postures.
Level 1
Saturdays 8:45—10:00 am

Learn fundamental poses (standing, forward bending, back bending, and seated) as well as have an introduction to some inversions like shoulder stand.
Level 2
Fridays 9:15—10:45 am

Deepen your experience of fundamental poses while learning more complex standing, back extending, and forward bending poses. Refine your shoulder stand practice and learn headstand and foundational arm balances.
Level 2/3
Saturdays 10:15—11:45 am

Level 2/3 is appropriate for students who have learned the fundamental standing, forward bending, back bending, twisting, seated, and inverted poses such as Plow and Shoulder Stand.
Modifications and stages will be taught in all families of poses so that those newer to a pose can practice alongside those with more experience with backbends and inversions like headstands and handstands.
Back Care
Fridays, 12:00—1:15 pm
